She is survived by: her sister Jan Haffey (Ron) of Columbia, MO; her children, Jackie Kordick (Dave) of Archie, MO, Jeannine Hubbell (Tom) of Lathrop, MO, Janelle Motes (Lance) of Lee's Summit, MO, Ken Smith of Elizabeth, CO and Cheri Barnes (Tom) of Lindsborg, KS; and her grandchildren, James Ostmeyer, Jesse Ostmeyer, Lindsey Kordick, Bobby Kordick, Amanda Formholtz, Austin Herbel, Alex Herbel, Hannah Motes, Jacob Motes, Luke Motes, Nathan Smith, Caitlyn Barnes and Lauren Smith. She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren.
