She was predeceased by : her father Jim "Jimbo" Flynn; and her adoptive parents, Ed Ryan and Karen Ryan. She is survived by : her husband Clifton Potter; her children, Ashley Lea, Nikelle (Jeffery Appleberry), Samantha (Paul Murphy), Justin Potter and Lisa (Kenny Payne); her grandchildren, Joseph, Maria, Selena Diaz, Jeremiah, Bonnie-Grace Appleberry, Leciea Kindricks and Oxana'Jo Payne; her mother Dorthy Higgins; her brother-in-law Paul Decker; her sisters, Ada Decker and Sandy Barnes; and her aunts, Kae Emery and Connie Ketteman. She is also survived by four nieces and four nephews; 15 great nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 13th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Rayville.
