She was predeceased by: her parents, William Eugene Callaway and Anna Elizabeth Callaway (Leppin); her husband Forrest Miller; and her brother Bob Callaway (Betty). She is survived by: her sons, Steven Miller (Tammy), David Miller (Marti) and Darrel Miller; her grandchildren, Mark Miller (Rebecca), Nick O'Dell (Melissa), Matt Miller (Kristina), Chris Miller, Bryan Miller, Erin Miller and Michael Miller; her in-laws, Rick Miller (Betty), Delbert Miller, Shirley Courts, Carol Hardin and Don Daughtery; and her nieces, Stephanie Davis, Terry Haley and Susan Johns. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
