He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Dixon and Thelma Dixon; and his former wife Nancy Moon Dixon. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Gardner; his son Brandon Dixon (Leslie); his grandsons, William and Archer Dixon; and his siblings, Joyce Naivar, Wayne (Mary) and Mike (Annette). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
