He was predeceased by: his parents, Faye Webb (Brown) and Robert R. Webb; his siblings, Willis Hugh Webb, Robert "Bob" Webb, Jackie R. Webb, Charles J. Webb, Mary J. Webb, Carolyn F. Allen and Dorothy L. Parker (Vernon Parker); and his brothers-in-law, Ephraim Harmon and Frank Wilson.
He is survived by: his children, Ronna K. Hunter (Dewey Hunter II) and Brentton D. Webb (Amanda Harrell); his grandchildren, Justin G. Love (Ashley Love), William "Joe" Hunter (Rebecca Hunter), Kacey M. Otte (Rob Otte), Adriana Contreras (Adam Brownlee), Aspen J. Webb, Jaxson N. Webb and Landon D. Webb; his sisters, Elsie V. Harmon, Donna K. Wilson and Lila J. Plowman (Paul Plowman); and his siblings-in-law, Lloyd Allen, Virginia Webb and Sarah Webb.
