He was loved and cherished by many people including: parents: Beverly (Carter) Pilcher and Bill Pilcher; brother: Hunter Pilcher; uncle/aunt: Barth (Gabby) Carter and Melissa Bass; grandparents: James Carter, William Pilcher (Jenny), and Steve (Marie) Foster; grandmother (preceded in death): Joyce Carter; foster sons: twin boys; foster partner: Marlys Lindsey; and many other family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Rayville Christian Union Church (14459 State Hwy C, Rayville, MO 64084). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at the Crowley Cemetery (13846 State Hwy C, Rayville, MO 64085).
