She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Welch and Rachel Welch (Lockard); her husband Lloyd Eide; her son Billy Bancroft II; and her siblings, Sarah Welch, Vonetta Frazier, Bonnie Dickerson, Jewel Welch and Leroy Welch.
She is survived by: her daughters, Donna Petree (Rick) of Excelsior Springs and Suzzanne Pope (Clint) of Lawson, Missouri; her sibling's children, Michele Poynter of Liberty and Brian Welch of Chandler; and her sister Nancy Dillon of Kimberling City, Missouri.. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the VCU Church (15813 Highway M, Rayville, MO 64084). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the VCU Church (15183 Highway M, Rayville, MO 64084).
