He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Young and Helen Young (Berry); his brother Darrell Young; his stepfather Harold Bishop; and his stepsister Teresa Gibson.

He is survived by: his children, Kelsey Vogelsang (Luke), Konnor Young (Caleb Tittle) and Keaton Young; his grandchildren, Avery Vogelsang, Gia Vogelsang and Rowan Tittle; his adoptive mother Millie Bishop; his siblings, Cynthia (Michael Simoneau), Wayne Young (Diane), Keith Young, Gayle Young and Ron Young; and his stepsisters, Rochell Moss (Randy) and Tara Eaton (Bobby). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
