He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Sr. Palmer and Carolyn Palmer. He is survived by: his girlfriend April Earline-Tittsworth of Cuba; his children, Glen Ray Palmer III (Harley) of Bourbon, Josie Payette (Timothy Sell) of Truxton and Raina Palmer of St. Louis; his siblings, Chris (Kelly Palmer) of St. James, Carmen Palmer of Kentucky and Glena (Tim Fahnestock) of Park Hills; and his grandchildren, Owen, Annalyse, Colton, Alyanna, Gabriel, Jayden, Paisley, Nevaeh, Weston and Mi'Kel. He is also survived by nieces; nephews; other relatives & many friends.

Donations are appreciated to Mizell Funeral Home & Crematory for final expenses of cremation arrangements.
