With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Janet R. Sanders of Leasburg, Missouri, who passed away on June 5, 2025 at the age of 59. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Janet departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Janet may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Janet leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her father James Sr. Susnic. She is survived by: her mother Ramona Susnic (Messick) of Sullivan, MO; her husband Robert Sanders; her sons, Cameron Sanders (Lei) of Anchorage, AK and Caleb Sanders of Leasburg, MO; her grandson Chantz Sanders; and her siblings, James "Jimmy" Susnic Jr. (Lise) of Sullivan, Jeannie Mullen (David) of Washington, MO and Jessica Carey (Jeff) of Sullivan. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Eaton Funeral Home (347 N Clark St, Sullivan, MO 63080). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Matthew Lutheran Church (528 N Church St, Sullivan, MO 63080).
