He is survived by: his wife Jackie Thomas of Leasburg, Missouri; his daughter Anna Faulkner (Dakotah) of Radcliff, Kentucky; his stepchildren, Travis Dunakey of Union and Michelle Weppner (William) of Greer; his siblings, Andy Thomas of Boone, Matt Thomas of Fenton and Theresa Thomas; and his best buddies, Doug Bruning, Ben Ransom, Jason Gibson and Keith Roach. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
