He is survived by: his wife Connie Stephens of Leasburg; his daughters, Jennifer Lindsey (John) of Fenton and Sarah Stephens of Leasburg; his grandson John David Lindsey of Fenton; and his siblings, Kathleen Rimkus (Roger) of St. Louis, Charles D. Stephens (Cathy) of St. Louis, Paul Stephens (Lisa) of Illinois, John Stephens (Beverly) of Kansas City, Karen Nicholson (Steven) of St. Louis and Laura Kleinhoffer (Steve) of St. Louis. He is also survived by nieces; nephews; other relatives and many friends.
