Betty I. Hess Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty I. Hess of Lebanon, Missouri, born in Laclede, Missouri, who passed away on November 28, 2025 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Adam James and Faye Wright James; her husband Don Hess; her son Randall Don Hess; her grandsons, Dylan, Zachary and Benjamin Zwiener; and her great grandchild Caden Smith.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie Ruble, Donna Smith (Rama) of Lebanon, MO and Deanne Pendergrass (David) of Richland, MO; and her grandchildren, Kristy, T. J., Katelin, Adam, Danny and Wesley. She is also survived by several great grandchildren; one great, great grandchild; other relatives and many friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Shadel's Colonial Chapel (1001 Lynn St, Lebanon, MO 65536). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, December 2nd 2025 at the Mt. Salem Cemetery.
