He was predeceased by: his parents, James Sullivan and Geneva Cromer Sullivan; his brothers, Jimmie Sullivan and Bobbie Sullivan; and his daughter Heather.
He is survived by: his children, Sara Sullivan (Marico Anderson) of Nixa, Michael Sullivan (Heather) of Republic, Krista Pendergrass of Springfield, Amber Lindeman of Springfield, Colin Sullivan of Hartville and Courtney Sullivan of Hartville, Missouri; and his siblings, Bettie Davenport (Clovis) of Lebanon, Missouri, George Sullivan (Patty) of St. Charles, Charles Sullivan of Lebanon and Buddie Sullivan of Lebanon, Missouri. He is also survived by grandchildren; great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial has been established and donations may be made through the funeral home.
