He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Finley and Carrie Finley; his wife Joyce L. Luttrell; his daughters, Florence Tollison and Loretta Dunham; his sons-in-law, Moe, David and Jackie; his grandchildren, Tellisa and Michelle; and his great grandchild Divinity.
He is survived by: his daughters, Cleta Mulholland of Lebanon, Terry Martinez (Sam) of Oakdale and Holly Finley of Lebanon, Missouri; and his grandchildren, Nathan (Crash), David, Shane (Alanna), Billie, Charlene, Sammi, Shellie and Florenda. He is also survived by twenty great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren.
