He is survived by : his children, Bobby Pettitt of Lebanon, MO, Terry Lindner (John) of Castle Rock, CO, Laina Starnes (Eddie) of Lebanon, MO and Janna Clamme of Lebanon, MO; his grandchildren, Rachele Smith, Ashlee Ehmann (Frank), Chelsea Trammell (Rocky), Charlie Pettitt, Josh Root (Darla Conway), Tarah Root and Teiah DeVasure (Logan); and his great grandchildren, Denea Smith, Drew Truelove, Jameson Muntz, Luke Smith, Coby Smith-Lindner, Emmerson, Campbell, Cade Ehman, Hensley Trammell, Dean and Beau DeVasure. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
