He is survived by: his wife Kelsey; his children, Lucas, Noah, Isabella, Wyatt, Elijah and Lenora Hart; his parents, Jeremy Hart and Gloria Hart; his siblings, Matthew Hart (MaKayla), Leeanne Scharnhorst (Jaret), Veda Hart and Ashley Cram; and his grandparents, Craig, Rhonda Hart, Dan and Diane Griebel.
A memorial has been established and memorials may be made through the funeral home.
