He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Paul, Sr. Bell and Nettie Bell; his wife Pat Bell; and his siblings, Mary McCubbin of Mesa, Arizona, Ruth, Paul Bell Jr., Myron Bell, Joe Bell and Russell Bell. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials have been suggested to St. Jude's or the American Cancer Association.
