He is survived by: his children, Debbie Waterman of Lebanon, Dianne McCleary (Eddie) of Ava, Missouri, Gary Couch of Lebanon, David Couch (Joni) of New Liberty and Chuck Couch (Rebecca) of Lenexa, Kansas. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
