He is survived by: his wife Cornelia; his children, Kimberly S. Atkison (Stacy) and Bradley S. Dame (Candy); his grandchildren, Alyssa, Shelby, Austin, Bo, Madi, Katelin, Reagan, Ryan, Seth and Reese; his siblings, Gearld Dame (Shirley), Gary Dame (Sherry), Dan Dame, Vivian Fletcher, Vera Cline (Ed) and Verna Dame (Gary Luckey); and his friend Charlie Calton. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren and extended family.
