He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Toops and Edna Toops (Sein); and his brothers, Lester and Alvin Toops. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Toops (Caudle); his sons, Darain Brown (Shelley), Todd Brown (Cheryl), Denny Toops (Lori) and Josh Toops (Crystal); his grandchildren, Derrick (Kaity), Breanna, Molly (Garrett), Maddie, Carter, Addie, Alli, Alyssa and Millie; his great grandchildren, Nash and Nora; and his sisters, Elsie Miller, Virginia Taylor and Janice Headrick. He is also survived by other relatives and many dear friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Shadel's Colonial Chapel (1001 Lynn St, Lebanon, MO 65536).
