He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, David Wayne and Fay Kern Starnes; his wife Jo Ann Starnes; his children, James Starnes (Kathy) of Stillwater, Brad Starnes of Lebanon, MO, Morgan Agbo (Freeman) of Springfield, MO and Christy Starnes (Jason Hughes) of Lebanon, MO; his grandchildren, Brooke, Rachel, Kimberly, Isaiah, Kordell, Alexis, Clarissa and Kaitlyn; his great grandchildren, Leah, Mila, Oliver, Declan, Mason, Melanie, Luke and Moxley; and his siblings, Ruth Zymm (Bob) of Chicago, IL, Marlin, Dave, Jr., Lola Rook and Juanita Cain. He was also cherished by other relatives, many dear neighbors, co-workers and friends.
