He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Johnson and Linda E. Whitney Johnson; his wife Barbara Reeves; and his siblings, Juanita, Buena, Joy and Grady.
He is survived by: his daughter Kelly Rogers (Dale) of Lebanon, Missouri; his grandsons, Grady Lee Rogers (Alex) of St. Louis and Sean Whitney Rogers (Brandy) of St. Charles, Missouri; and his great grandchildren, Liam and Logan Rogers.
A memorial to the Mercy Foundation or the Lebanon/Laclede Library has been established and donations may be left at the funeral home.
