With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elma Torrence (Lebanon, Missouri), who passed away on February 8, 2024 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Elmer Perrey and Lillian Sprague Perrey; her husband Lou Torrence Jr.; her son Mike Torrence; her grandson Jamie; her daughter-in-law Rose; and her brothers, John Perrey and Dwight "Bud" Perrey.

She is survived by : her children, Catherine Nedelka (Steve) of Libertyville, Illinois, Lou Torrence III of Kaiser and Perrey Torrence (Dionne) of Camdenton, Missouri; her grandchildren, Jennifer, Andrea, Joe, Haley, Kylie, Davis and Logan; and her great grandchildren, Maddie of McKenna, JB, Mikah and Titus. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.

Marilyn was a devoted Catholic and a parishioner of St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church in Lebanon where she participated and served on the church's Scholarship Foundation. She was an active fundraiser for the American Cancer Society and for years served avidly on the Lebanon High School Reunion Planning Committee; both organizations that she felt a duty and love for.
