She was predeceased by: her parents, Enoch Boger and Melissa Orlean Smith Inman. She is survived by: her husband John Vance; her children, Murphy Chapman (Thomas Wehring) of Sealey, Texas, John Vance (Tressa) of Waynesville, Demetrius Vance (Heather) of Rolla, Beau Vance (Nicole) of Lebanon and William Darrell Chapman; her grandchildren, Alexis Steck, Sharon Steck, Devon Vance, Amber Vance, Johnathan Vance (Taylor Schutt), Daryl Evelyn Anthony (Zack), Seamus Chapman and Zacchaeus Vance; and her close friend Tammy Spencer. She is also survived by three sisters; several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that house plants or garden plants be sent.
