She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Claxton and Velie Davis Claxton; and her siblings, Vernon, Sherman, Clifford, Dorothy, Ruth, Jack and Lorraine.
She is survived by: her daughter Debra Summerville (David) of Garland, TX; her grandchildren, Michael Summerville (Bayla Pidgeon) of Houston, TX and Susan Summerville of Sunnyvale, CA; and her nieces and nephews, Clifford "Cliff" Claxton (Irene) of Lebanon, MO, Sam Mustard (Cathy) of Lebanon, MO, Norman Mustard of Lebanon, MO, Bonnie O'Neil (John) of Springfield, MO and Kathy Nelson (Jerry) of Lebanon, MO. She is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
Memorials have been suggested to the Kidney Foundation.
