He was predeceased by: his father Gary Clark Anthony; and his daughter Macey Anthony. He is survived by: his daughters, Hailey Anthony of Lebanon, MO, Mikalyn Anthony of Lebanon, MO and Madison Brock (Mason) of Eldon; his mother Glenda Hayden of Lebanon, MO; his siblings, Shelly Walters of Columbia, MO, Jeanie Stephens (Robert) of Lebanon, MO and Kim Anthony of Branson, MO; and his nieces and nephews, Zane, Zach Walters, Candace Fulton, Lauren Cotrel, Robbie, Hunter Stephens and Jake Anthony. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials have been suggested to Bub's family to help with funeral expenses.
