She is survived by: her children, Melba Starnes of Lebanon, Missouri, Danny Starnes (Donna) of Lebanon, Missouri, Eddie Starnes (Laina) of Lebanon, Missouri, Rick Starnes (Janice) of Lebanon, Missouri and Chris Jernigan; her grandchildren, Angie, Brandy, Chad, Quentin, Caleb, Jaden, Tarah, Josh, Misty and Jessica; her sister Linda Waterman (Vince Peppers) of Lebanon, Missouri; and her cousin Mel Whitmire (Margaret) of Loomis, California. She is also survived by great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
A memorial has been established and donations may be left at the fuenral home.
