He was predeceased by: his parents, Amelia Mary Jacquin and Maasen. He is survived by: his wife Mary Sue "Susie" Shelton (Strake); his children, Jeremy Auguste Jacquin (Kari), Tara Ren Jacquin-Tisch (John) and Ashley Anne Jacquin (Julian Powers); his stepson John Shelton (Maggie); his grandchildren, Jacob, Oliver, Gavin, Everett, Hunter, Hadyn, Alexandra, Ayden, Raeann and Jaxson; and his siblings, Thomas Jacquin (Mary) and Donna Clarke. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
