He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Adkins and Emma Jean Bennett Adkins; and his son Jared. He is survived by: his wife Angie Adkins of Lebanon, Missouri; his children, Myranda Porter (Mike) of Springfield, Brittanie Rossi (Matthew) of Wellsville, Emily Laurie (Spencer) of Springfield, Missouri and Andrew Adkins (Slone) of Platte City, Missouri; his grandchildren, Quentin, Lyla, Charlotte, Wyatt, Betty, Rhett, Sloane, Skylar and Jackson; and his brother Timothy Adkins of Lebanon, Missouri. He is also survived by relatives and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Et Holman-Howe Funeral Homes (320 S Adams Ave, Lebanon, MO 65536). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Et First Baptist Church (311 N Madison Ave, Lebanon, MO 65536).
A memorial to the grandchildren's education fund or to the Missouri State University scholarship fund has been established and donations may be made at the funeral home.
