He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Otto and Delphia May Decker (Caudle); and his siblings, Derrald Decker, George Teubner, James Teubner, Bernice, Grace, Donna, Lois and Ada.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Mae Ginnings; his children, Cheri Titus, Anthony Decker (Holly), Herbert Decker Jr., Donna, Barbara Decker, Bradley Caudle and Christopher Decker; his brothers, Harold Decker (Patricia), Arthur "Art" Decker and Curtis Decker (Phyllis); and his grandchildren, Bailey DeWitt, Taylor Bowman (Steven), Allie Decker-Stallings, Hannah Decker, Blake Decker and Luke Decker. He is also survived by several brothers and sisters-in-law; other relatives and countless friends.
