He is survived by: his wife Dana McAllister; his daughters, Christel Folkert (Mike) of Strafford, MO and Michelle Kidd (Kevin) of Joplin, MO; his brothers, Wayne McAllister (Paula) of Lebanon, MO, Bill McAllister (Lena) of Woodbridge and Darrell McAllister (Jane) of Norwalk, Iowa; his sister-in-law Laurie McAllister of Columbia, MO; and his grandchildren, Stephan Odle (Haley), Danna Reeves (Derrick), Devin McAllister, Blake Higgins (Paige), Brielle Higgins (Kory), Amara Kidd and Aleah Kidd. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren; other relatives and many dear friends and neighbors.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in memory of "Mac" have been suggested to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
