She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth D. Perkins; her son Kevin D. Perkins; her brother John; her uncle Charlie; her aunt May Atkinson; and her nephew Curtis Barber.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa Annette Rainey (Victor) of Richland, MO and Lori Nanette Rogers (David) of Whites Creek, TN; her daughter-in-law Robin Perkins of Lebanon; her grandchildren, Kendra McMillion (Ryan) of Lebanon, Travis Rainey (Tiara) of Peculiar, Kendal Rogers of Tennessee, Codey Rogers of Oregon, Jason of Lebanon, Marissa of Lebanon, Luke of Lebanon and Mattie Perkins of Lebanon; her great grandchildren, Masyn of Lebanon, Emmalyn Frana of Lebanon, Charlestyn McMillion of Lebanon, Waylon, Grace, Callum Rainey of Peculiar, Ezra Rogers of Oregon, Emma, Dakota Swan of Phillipsburg and Hayes Perkins of Lebanon; and her sisters, Franny Brackett (James) of Richland and Roberta Barber (Porky) of West Plains. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; other relatives and many friends.
