She is survived by: her former husband Richard Maxie Johnson; her husband Bill Booth; her stepchildren, David (Kerri), Jacqueline of Lebanon and Vicki Booth of Sugardale; her son Rick Johnson (Laura) of Lebanon, MO; her stepdaughter Cindy Booth Kennedy (Chase) of Salem, Oregon; her grandchildren, Chad Johnson (Tammy) of Carrollton, Charity Hunter (Darrell Williams) of Higginsville and Jeremy Johnson (Kayla) of Lebanon; her great grandchildren, Griffin, Hunter, Carter Johnson, Brandi Johnson, McMullin (Jared) and Kaylee Kipping; her great great grandchildren, Clayton, Clara Jo, Carlee McMullin and Kipton Barnett; and her sister-in-law Phyllis Bishop of Eldridge, MO.
