He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his children, Tracy Cornelison (Dwayne) of Lebanon, MO and Randall Johnson (Rachael) of Lebanon, MO; his grandchildren, Kelli Lamkins (Jake) of Lebanon, MO, Kurtis Cornelison (Brooke) of Lebanon, MO, Matthew Cornelison (Abby) of Lebanon, MO, David Johnson (Katlyn) of Lebanon, MO and Riley Bell (Dalton) of Lebanon, MO; his great grandchildren, Haddie, Kendall, Reagan Cornelison, Hoyt, Kaylyn Lamkins, Rowan, Emersyn, Renley Cornelison and Maddux Johnson; his grandchildren, Brandon Cornelison (Amy) of Conway, MO, Heath Cornelison (Amber) of Clever, MO and Melanie Mowery (Jason) of Lebanon, MO; his great grandchildren, Grant, Callie, Griffin Cornelison, Jay, Melanie Brooke and Kaden Mowery; his brother-in-law Harry Garrison of Jefferson City, MO; and his cousin Bill Johnson (Ginger). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; other relatives.
