Jay D. Allison Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jay D. Allison (Lebanon, Missouri), who passed away on July 6, 2021 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Anita McNutt Allison. He is survived by: his father Jessie Allison (Ann); his wife Laura Allison; his daughters, Jaime Dahm (Jason) of Lebanon and Jennifer Janko; his grandchildren, Raegan Dahm, Madison Dahm, Elijah Janko and Joshua Janko; and his siblings, David Allison, John Kishbaugh (Ana) and Beth Kishbaugh.

A memorial to Claws and Paws has been established and contributions may be made through the funeral home.
