He is survived by: his parents, Kenneth Bell, Jr. (Marsha) of St. Clair, Missouri and Lynn Hellweg Sowell (Anthony) of Ava; his wife Carla; his children, Thomas Sparks (Harley) of Lebanon, Kennedy of Lebanon and Eloise Bell of Lebanon; his siblings, Justin Bell (Mallory) of St. Louis, Anthony Sowell (Charity) of Norfolk, Virginia, Jonathan Ziegler (Jennifer) of St. Clair, Shannon Barr of Pennsylvania and Heather Sowell of New Jersey; his in-laws, Reeana Brown, Allen Alt, Timothy Brown, Jr., Abby Murphy, Aaron Evans (Alyssa), Katricia Oehm (Kolby), LeRoy Brown and Jonah Brown; and his father-in-law Timothy Brown, Sr. (Genevieve) of Pueblo, Colorado. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; other relatives and many, many friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Shadel's Colonial Chapel (1001 Lynn St, Lebanon, MO 65536).
