He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Coday and Ella Florence Coday (Marcum); his parents-in-law, Truman and Ada Curtis; his brothers, Larry Joe Coday, Frankie Lane Coday, Harlow (Phyllis Curtis) and Gene (Lou Davis); and his brothers-in-law, Paul Kirby, John Hamrick and Jimmy Adamson.
He is survived by: his wife Viola Curtis; his sons, Terry Coday of Lebanon and Gary Coday (Robin) of Lebanon; his granddaughters, Emily Shaw (Dana) of Marshfield and Lacy Webster (Lane) of Lebanon; his great grandchildren, Tailor, Joey, Bella, Addison, Jackson, Elsie, Lincoln, Scarlett, DeQuan and Angel; his great great grandchildren, Katalaya, Lizzie and Jamie Jr.; his sisters, Barbara Kirby, Mary Hamrick and Betty Jane Adamson; and his pets, Lillie Pearl, Mattie Mae and Penny Lou. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
