He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth York. He is survived by: his mother Peggy Miller York of Lebanon, Missouri; his stepsisters, Karen Chandler of Marshfield and Sharon Rhoads of Seymour, Missouri; and his close friend Auvery Ferrel. He is also survived by two aunts and an uncle, and several cousins.
A memorial has been established and donations may be left or mailed to the funeral home.
