He is survived by: his wife Norma Rayfield; his daughter Pamela Ann O'Brien of Chicago, IL; his parents, Johnny Walter and Mary Lois Rayfield of Nixa, MO; and his siblings, Ron Rayfield of Nixa, MO, Rich Rayfield (Marie) of Springfield, MO, Debra Schumann (Tom) of Springfield, MO and Theresa Rayfield of Antioch, IL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
