He is survived by: his wife Betty Lee Johnson; his children, John Michael Sanwald (Tonya) of Lebanon, MO, Laura Lee Copeland (Bill) of Pittsburg, MO and James Wayne Sanwald (Jennifer) of Webster Groves, MO; his brother Michael Sanwald (Laurie) of Lebanon, MO; and his grandchildren, Carrie Green (Tyler), John James Sanwald, Hunter Allen Copeland, Nellie Sanwald and Louie Sanwald. He is also survived by other relatives and countless friends.
