He is survived by: his wife Pam; his son Cody McGuire of Lebanon, MO; his sister Jessica West of Lebanon, MO; and his siblings-in-law, Tammy and Bob Volner of Springfield, MO. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
