He was predeceased by: his parents, Ward Mizer and Ruby Mizer (Carroll); his wife Iva Louise; his son Rick Mizer; and his siblings, Jackie Mizer, Clyde Mizer, Billy Mizer, Juanita Sheets, Mary Angst and Joann Whiteley.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Brandon Lee Mizer, Katelyn Mizer (Dustin Moore), Brittany Roden (Wade) and Katelyn Pogue; and his great grandchildren, Tinslea, Lyla, Karter, Wyatt, Blair and Broc. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; his constant side-kick, his dog, "Cowboy"; other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Shadel's Colonial Chapel (1001 Lynn St, Lebanon, MO 65536). A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at the Hufft Cemetery.
