He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara; his son Lowell Wayne Bennett, Jr.; and his brother Jeff Bennett. He is survived by: his daughter Mary Bennett of Lebanon, Missouri; his stepdaughter Tracy Lamkin-Smith of Phillipsburg, Missouri; his sister Helen Grimes of Lebanon, Missouri; his close friend Cory Terry of Lebanon, Missouri; and his former wife Linda Durreman. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
