She is survived by: her husband Glen; her children, Chris Mackey (Andrea) of Jonesboro, Arkansas and Carrie Mackey Hammond of Chamois, Missouri; her stepchildren, Glen Cummins, Jr. (Brandie) of Higginsville, Missouri, Sandra Boothe (Jim) of Pea Ridge, Arkansas and Cara Adams (Steve) of Tulsa, Oklahoma; and her siblings, Carolyn Sorrells (Gary) of Monett, Jim Sherrill of Palm Springs, California and Becky Bonacker (Bob) of Florida. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; other relatives and many friends.
