With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Mark Case of Lebanon, Missouri, born in Chillicothe, Missouri, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his father Charlie R. Hooker of Mountain Home, Arkansas.. He is survived by: his wife Susan M. Beck Case of Lebanon; his mother Sandra Kay Hooker; his sons, Dalton Case, Mark Richard Case and Ryan Case (Sarah); his grandchildren, Evan, Bella, Tristan and Legend; his aunt Charlotte Edmundson of Chillicothe; and his uncles, Jim Wells of Ozark and John Fisher of Arkansas. He is also survived by cousins, great nephews and countless friends.
With no graveside service, in lieu of flowers, the family requests and would greatly appreciate, memorials in Mark's name be provided to Heritage Funeral Home.
