He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald D. Hall and Juanita Winfrey. He is survived by: his wife Susan Troutman; his daughters, Kellie C. Hall-Ruiz (David) of Independence and Lindsay Delcour of Phillipsburg, Missouri; his grandchildren, Abigail, Anthony, Alexia, David, Jr., Amelia, Cash and Cody; his mother-in-law Kay Troutman of Lebanon, Missouri; and his sister Marsha Gardner of Lake Ozark, Missouri.
A memorial has been established for the Lebanon Fire Department Full Fire Tribute and contributions may be made through the funeral home.
