He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Steven O'Quinn (Kenda), Gina Ann Conner (Rick) of Lebanon, MO and Tracy Jo O'Quinn (Brian Bunch) of Lebanon, MO; his grandchildren, Nikki Willbanks (David), Samantha Jo Woodruff (David), Faith Breshears (Tytus), Grace Stewart (Bryan), Harli, Merci, Reign O'Quinn, Damien O'Quinn and Brianna Caldwell (Emmitt); and his sister Willa O'Quinn of Kansas City, MO. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren; other relatives and many friends.
