She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Hoppenworth and Lauretta Knoploh Hoppenworth; her husband Robert Lehman; her sons, Bobby and Terry Lehman; and her brother Roger Hoppenworth.
She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Jo Shadel (Rick) of Osage Beach, MO and Shelly Cravens (Jim) of Lebanon, MO; her grandchildren, J. D. Shadel (Becka), Kayla Farner (Brett) and Kelsey Jones (Chuck); her great grandchildren, Jake, Luke Shadel, Jace, Lilli Ann, Robert Farner, Harper Jean and Elijah David Jones; and her siblings, Jim Hoppenworth (Pat) and Janet Lindaman (Gene).
