He is survived by: his wife Ann Doeden; his children, Bret Dean Shivers (Toni), Bart Donald Shivers (Jeanne), Helen Dowd (Claudette), Joyce Harper (Joe) and Karen Bethurem (Bruce); and his grandchildren, Joey, Jeffrey, Jessica, Michael, Teresa, Aleksandar, Jovan and Jacob. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren, other relatives and many dear friends.
